I believe your product to be a winner... Among some of the reasons, IT DOES EVERYTHING IT CLAIMS, easy friendly interface, very reasonable price-point. In short, you got it right!

Yours was the best product by far and the easiest to use. My comment is I appreciate how helpful you were to me. I wrote and asked for you assistance because at first I could not get the converted video to play from my server. You pointed me in the right direction suggesting that I needed to add the .flv extension to the MIMI tab. That solved my problem.

I really did not test many applications, but the one I tested had controls at the bottom of the frame, but I like the one you have with center button ( I hope I can use it with it or with out of it -I like the effects you add to the application, would be nice to be able to do text effects too ( other wise I need to do it in Flash and then add in to it , I still have very brief knowledge of you application.Thanx again for you help I appreciate good support, it is something I do for my clients so good service is hard to find

I am not aware of anything your software is lacking; however, this is the only software that I have used. I did consider other software, but thought your software looked more user friendly, as well as integrating the control bars, which I do like. I think you have great customer support.

I like all of the features of the Flash Video MX Pro and the quality surpasses any other converter I've tried. In the future it would be cool if you added players with playlist so you can view multiple videos on one player
