Flash Video MX SDK V2 creates FLV with Command line tutorial, Flash Video Encoder Console

This SDK is used in two cases generally:

Web servers: to convert the uploaded videos to FLV, Flash without human involvement.

Third-party applications: COM and Command Line interfaces under various languages like: C/++, Visual Basic, Delphi, ASP, .NET, ColdFusion, etc.
